2Upon successful factory inspection and mutual agreement on business terms, Amaya will sign a cooperation agreement with the manufacturer to safeguard the interests of both parties. Formal collaboration begins after the contract is signed.
3In accordance with actual market demands, Amaya collaborates with the manufacturer to determine the optimal product line combination. The manufacturer provides graphic and textual materials for the selected products to be listed.
4Amaya can provide real-time sales data for the manufacturer's products, as well as average sales level data for similar products. Based on the data provided by Amaya, manufacturers can promptly adjust their product lines to meet market demands.
